4. Licence from ports and navigation organization.

8. Pay to the order of association a cheque for the sum of 3,000,000 Rials for
printing advertisement in the back of “Association Message “
9. Pay to the order of assosiation a cheque for the sum of 6,000,000 Rials as
annual membership fee
10. Pay to the order of association a cheque for the sum of 1,000,000 Rials as
admission fee
11. Letter of introduction of company’s representative
12. Completion of questionnaire sealed with the stamp and signature of the
company in all the
ppages Of the questionnaire. MEMBERSHIP QUALIFICATIONS AT
SHIPPING ASSOCIATION
1. In the activity section of the articles of association ought to be stipulated
that the company owns float or is authorized to obtain agency of the shipping
lines or fishing or services such as discharging and loading, tallying,
insurance and offering services like fuel, water, provisions. Build and repair
of floats, diving or any other marine services
2. The company must have the necessary qualifications to operate in the above
mentioned affairs
3. Be committed to enforce the requirements of Articles of Association and other
fundamentals as well as the decisions adopted by the Assosiation
4. The directors and managing director or director of shipping section,
technical directors supply director, fishing director ,diving director,
operations and loading/unloading director , inspection of goods and ship
director, insurance director, build and repair director… in the company should
have previous record of service at the management level and that are approved by
the board of directors
5. Members of board of directors and the company’s managers must be resident of
Iran.
6.6. The company’s managers must be professing to the one of the recognized
religions in the constitutional law of Islamic Republic of Iran and committed to
the Islamic regime
7. Any changes which may be made in the Articles of Assocation or structures of
the company or Address, telephone or … should be immediately brought to the
notice of the association in two languages, that is , Farsi and English

hirer or is member of the conference or international association, do mention
the name.
